Candles serve as replicas of lamps;
Holy days have shrunk to holidays;
A table is the temple; we, the priests:
Now we re-enact the miracle.
Understand, this is no parable:
Knowledge-concentrate in quaint conceits.
Ancient wisdom works in ancient ways:
Here we share an echo of its sense.
